PLEASE NOTE
All employees are required to give one weeks notice IN WRITING of their intention to leave or more if applicable (taken from date received in the office). If no notice is given the employee will forfeit one weeks wages. (One week’s normal hours). Part time staff must work an initial 12 hours before they receive any wages. All work wear must be returned at the end of your employment to receive a return of deducted monies. (Full details are in the contract of employment form.)
Giving in-accurate information will result in delayed payment of wages. RGS Cleaning cannot be held responsible for this!
Failure to provide correct bank details or sufficient ID will result in the payment of your wages being delayed. We do not guarantee that you wages will be processed until the second Friday in each month at the latest.
Uniform MUST BE WORN
IT IS A CONDITION OF YOUR EMPLOYMENT AND HEALTH & SAFETY THAT YOU WEAR UNIFORM AT ALL TIMES WHILE WORKING.  THE MAJORITY OF STAFF ARE ISSUED WITH ONE T-SHIRT OR TABARD.  AS MOST PEOPLE ONLY WORK A FEW HOURS A DAY THIS IS SUFFICIENT FOR YOU TO WORK IN AND KEEP CLEAN.  REPEAT OFFENDERS NOT WEARING THE UNIFORM WILL FACE POSSIBLE DISCIPLINARY ACTION.  IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CORRECT UNIFORM THEN YOU SHOULD RAISE THIS WITH YOUR CONTRACTS MANAGER.
