RGS Operate a computerised time recording system.

This system offers our clients the following benefits:

Cleaners have to comply with the cleaning times quoted, a late arrival or early departure is logged and becomes a non-conformance.
Cleaners failing to clock in at the stated time will generate a text message for the Roving Supervisors who will make alternative arrangements. You will receive a contact from RGS.
Cleaners can only clock in on a dedicated phone line.
Cleaners operating on their own in locked offices, who does not clock out at a stated time also generate text messages to the Supervisor who can check on their safety etc. i.e. have they fallen down and are they unconscious.
Staff check asks for ID code from cleaners on a random basis and checks they are who they say they are by voice verification.
