Quality Assurance Program I.S.O. 9002
In addition to the calls made by
RGS Roving Supervisor, a call will be made to the
clients elected representative, who will be aware
of the duties and specification relating to the contracted
service provided by our operative.
A Quality Control questionnaire will be completed
and each party will make appropriate comments.
Our failure to obtain a regular report will be viewed
by the Assessment body as a non-conformance by RGS.
