On quotation you will receive an open book quotation detailing what your money is being spent on, from wages to supervision and equipment right down to management contribution. We are happy for you to know exactly what you get, couple this with our guarantee that you are then only ever charged on your invoice for the time you receive you can easily track any labour (only) not delivered is credited back to you, backed up by our staff check system.
Along with this and everything else we provide you will want to know your contract is managed. We offer management visits to liase direct with our point of customer contact to audit and document all of our performance. Whether it be conforming to specification or not because if your not happy we certainly are not happy. These audits are your chance to give input in helping us deliver the service you require and maintain a record of our achievements. They are externally audited through our accreditation with ISO 9001 ensuring we follow our own procedures.
