Before House of Fraser went to a national cleaning provider we were privileged enough to clean their stores across the north of England for more than 15 years. Our experiences there allowed us to refine our standards and abilities and improve the service we provide to all of our other department store customers which includes John Lewis.
On our initial visit you will be asked what your needs entail and together with you we will create a suitable specification for our staff to follow and work from.
We monitor your cleaning with regular quality audits and should it be discovered your needs have changed your specification can be adjusted accordingly. Ensuring we always meet your requirements.
Colour coding is used as standard on all our sites to maintain a safe and healthy working environment in accordance with HSE & COSHH regulations preventing cross contamination.
